Our Story
Christopher Allemon
Functional Nutrition Practitioner
Health & Fitness Coach
Background:
My passions have always revolved around health, wellness and physical activity. From a young age, I cultivated healthy routines that have molded me into the individual and caregiver I am today. Growing up, I spent most of my adolescent years either on the ice rink, baseball diamond, or football field and eventually ended up with a D1 scholarship to play hockey for the Bulldogs at Ferris State University. During my time there, I pursued a hobby of crafting tailored nutrition and fitness regimens for friends, family and teammates. I was fascinated by how the application of my expertise could profoundly enhance their well-being, whether it was for health purposes or excelling on-ice. Gratefully, my hockey career continued, playing Professional for the Peoria Rivermen, where I was able to assist a new set of teammates, eventually to win a National Championship. Over time, this altruistic pursuit evolved into Omnipotent Health and Wellness, a thriving business where I offer comprehensive consultations and personalized wellness strategies to help clients optimize their dietary, lifestyle and fitness habits and elevate their overall quality of life.

I can relate:
Growing up, hockey consumed 75% of my time. When I retired there was a large gap in my life, I had no idea what I wanted to do. I battled with depression, excessive stress, anxiety and body dysmorphia but it wasn’t until I started incorporating proper habits when I realized my potential. The pain and suffering I experienced is why I am extremely passionate in helping others so they do not have go through the same countless number of days, months and years of struggle.
I am not going to lie and say it’s going to be a flip of a switch. Everyone has good days and bad days. But the most important thing to remember is CONSISTENCY. The goal is to get 1% better everyday. There may be setbacks along the way but I am here to minimize those setbacks. Each individual has the ability to reach the top of the mountain. No route is the same but it all starts with one step.

Richelle Ryan
Massage Therapist
Background:
I’ve been a professional Massage Therapist since 2002. After years of training with other like-minded experts, I’m a passionate therapist and I’m dedicated to helping my clients move through a wide range of physical, emotional, and spiritual transitions in the most efficient and transformative way possible. I believe in healing from within to properly maintain the body.
Being a mother of two athletes, I have always been intrigued by kinesiology and the benefits the human body has, when massage therapy is used. I have used Massage Therapy on my son to prevent muscle and joint injuries, boost performance, and extend his hockey career. Keeping muscles operating at their optimal length and strength can keep injuries aside throughout the season.
Rest and recovery for any athlete is just as important as the active training. Massage Therapy will work to decrease healing time, reduce swelling, increase/maintain flexibility and range of motion, reduce delayed onset muscle soreness, increase relaxation and/or excitation of tissues and break down scar tissue from old injuries.
